To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Occult King offers free and premium subscription plans. Premium features include advanced AI analysis, professional PDF report generation, CRM tools, and priority support.

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Individual report purchases are one-time transactions
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, algorithms, analysis methodologies, report templates, and branding on the Occult King platform are the intellectual property of Pinnacle Vastu. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Reports generated for your personal or professional use may be shared with your clients.

6. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of content you upload (floor plans, images, client data). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for delivering our services. We will:

• Delete your data upon account termination if requested
