1. Subscription Plans

1.1 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• You will continue to have access to premium features until the subscription period ends
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within the current billing period

1.2 Refund for Subscriptions

• Full refund is available within 48 hours of purchase if no premium features have been used
• If premium features (report generation, CRM, etc.) have been used, the refund amount will be adjusted to account for the services utilized
• Refund requests after 48 hours will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

2. Individual Report Purchases

2.1 Premium Vastu Report (Rs 527)

• Refund is available if the report could not be generated due to a technical error on our end
• If the report was generated and downloaded successfully, no refund will be provided
• If you are unsatisfied with the report quality, contact us within 24 hours for resolution

2.2 Astro Report (Rs 527)

• Same refund conditions as the Premium Vastu Report
• Reports are generated based on the birth details provided by you; incorrect details do not qualify for a refund

2.3 Numerology Report (Rs 257)

• Same refund conditions as above
• Reports are generated based on the name and birth date you provide

3. Remedy Products

Physical remedy products purchased through our integrated store are subject to the seller's return and refund policy. Please refer to the product listing for specific return conditions.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at support@occultking.com with your order/transaction details
2. Include your registered email address and a brief reason for the refund request
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase
• Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account
• All refunds are processed through Razorpay's secure refund system
